HUGE MEDAL HAUL
A massive congratulations to all this amazing athletes representing P.U.M.A. at the recent IITA World Championships in New Zealand.
The Tournament was the 2nd World Inclusive TKD championships run by Mr Ben Evans based in Hawks Bay, New Zealand. It was a huge endeavour with over 100 athletes from over 20 countries sending in online entries and competing in person. There were huge screens showing the filmed entries on the day so it was as close to being there as possible. What an amazing event!
We had 14 athletes who submitted individual patterns and also 3 teams. The first results to come out were the league tables and to our astonishment England came in 2nd, only being beaten by the hosts New Zealand.
At that point we had no idea who had earned any medals but being 2nd overall was HUGE!
And then the results care through…
Mr Thomas Baxter - BRONZE for WALES
Mr Harry Roberts - BRONZE
Mr Thomas Cumberlidge - BRONZE
Mr Jacob Cox - BRONZE

Ms Lucy Eardley - SILVER
Mr Jordan Gallagher - SILVER
Mr George Weeks - SILVER
Ms Alison Heath - SILVER
Mr Edward Fraser-Tytler - SILVER
